CEO Profile –Linda J. Merrill is passionate about helping diverse teams work well together and bringing team spirit to the challenging world of engineering.   She holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and is an XChange certified facilitator.  Linda has worked in Optics as a design engineer/program manager, a software engineer, and worked in defense as Quality and process engineer.  Her focus always on teamwork and a common goal.  She found her Niche working in the automotive industry as a system and software Quality Engineer.  Quickly recognizing a need to create one global job function and process to align teams across the company.  She  became the global sys/sw Quality manager, leading the product group across the globe..  She worked not only with the quality organization but also all disciplines of  engineering  and project management teams.  These teams are  diverse co-located teams. Her strength is  to empower the individual as well as teams to create a common goal and mission to improve quality and process and simplify the process.  Her love for people and empowering them to be the best version of themselves sparked her to write about her experience and how she united and lead the global community to a common purpose, mission, and teamwork.  She now helps other leaders and teams do the same.
