I joined the FROG program with a goal to grow my relationship with God. The program takes you step by step towards your goal. Daily journaling, methods to track your progress and weekly meetings that allowed me to share and learn from others in the group were so helpful. This program could definitely be applied to any goal you wished to achieve. After completing the program, I not only found that my relationship with God had grown, but I also had learned so much about myself. I have found more peace in my everyday life and I am more present and joyful with so much gratitude. This in turn has not only improved my relationship with God, but with others in my life as well. It has truly been a life changing experience! Thank you Linda, Jeannie and FROG!

We were able to ask questions and immediately receive examples and clarification. The required daily Journaling was such an important part of our spiritual growth. The journal questions and prompts were unbelievably revealing and the consistent format made it perfect. It was great to have the website to be able to go back and see the videos or get printouts of tips and info. The group text was nice to keep the class together. The music and prayer at the beginning of each class helped to open and prepare my heart for that days lessons. The check-ins from Linda and Jeannie were also very helpful. This class was so much more than I ever could have anticipated. THANK YOU! XOXO
